The ACB Caribbean Group’s “Tap Into promotion” will commence on Wednesday 6th November and end on Monday 2nd December 2024

One winner will be selected from Antigua & Barbuda and one from Grenada at the end of the campaign

Winners will be selected on or before Friday 20th December 2024

This promotion is open to ACB Caribbean Group Smart Card customers, i.e., Smart Card holders of ACB Caribbean Group residents in Antigua and Barbuda and Smart Card holders of ACB Grenada Bank Ltd. residents in Grenada. Promotion Winners must be residents of the respective Island at the time of selection. Otherwise, they will be disqualified, and another winner will be selected.

To enter, participants must use their Smart Card to make purchases during the promotional period. Every purchase earns one entry into a chance of winning the following prizes at the end of the campaign period:

• Utility Voucher - valued at $500
• Gas Voucher - valued at $500
• Supermarket Voucher- valued at $500

All vouchers are in XCD.

Multiple entries per participant will be allowed. The more you use, the more chances you have to win.

The winners will have 72 hours to acknowledge the message from ACB Caribbean Group regarding their prize, or they will forfeit, and another winner will be selected.

Employees of ACB Caribbean Group, affiliate agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this competition.

ACB Caribbean Group and its advertising agency will inform the winner of the date and time they can collect their prize based on its availability.

ACB Caribbean Group and its advertising agency shall not be responsible for any glitches or network server errors at any point of sale for the promotion. In the case of an internal network error resulting in the temporary cessation of point-of-sale services or functionality of the group’s Smart Cards during the promotion period, the challenge would be rescheduled for another date.

Conditions of Entry:

Participants acknowledge that compliance with the rules set out above, including all eligibility requirements, is a necessary pre-condition to any offers in ACB Caribbean Group’s Tap Into promotion being awarded to them. For removal of all doubt, participants who have not complied with these Rules are subject to disqualification.

ACB Caribbean Group reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes beyond the control of ACB Caribbean Group corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper running of the promotion. In such cases, ACB Caribbean Group will inform participants of cancellations, modifications, or suspensions of the promotion via notifications, electronic mail, website, and official social media pages.

Any attempt by a participant or other individuals to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, may be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws in the countries where the promotion is being run. Should such an attempt be made, ACB Caribbean Group reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution, and participants engaging in any preceding activities may be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won.

In no event will ACB Caribbean Group be liable for more than the relevant giveaways available under the promotion. In the event of any connflict with any promotion details contained in these Rules and Conditions and promotion details contained in point of sale, television and print, advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotional media (“Promotional Materials”) the details of the promotion outlined in these Rules and Conditions shall prevail.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed by their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. ACB Caribbean Group employees are not authorised to waive, modify, or amend any provision or provisions of these Rules and Conditions in any manner whatsoever.

All participants agree to take part in any promotional, marketing, or publicity activities or events reasonably requested by ACB Caribbean Group and consent to the use and disclosure by ACB Caribbean Group in any form of media of their names, likenesses, and/or general areas of residence without compensation or further reference.

ACB Caribbean Group reserves all rights in the management of the ACB Caribbean Group Tap Into promotion and can cancel the promotion at any time.
