Antigua Commercial Bank Ltd., now trading as ACB Caribbean as at March 2021 proudly boasts an asset base of over one billion EC dollars. Incorporated on October 20, 1955, Antigua Commercial Bank Ltd. became Antigua & Barbuda's first indigenous financial institution and public company.

In March of 2021, ACB refreshed its brand identity and began trading as The ACB Caribbean Group. Shortly thereafter in April of that same year, the Bank acquired the assets of RBC / RBTT in Antigua & Barbuda and in Grenada, thus expanding into the OECS, and trading as ACB Caribbean and ACB Grenada Bank respectively.
