Will there be any changes to my services?During the 12 months of transition, they will be some changes to how you access your services; we will keep you updated as changes are introduced. As of April 6th, 2021 please take note of the following important information:
Your credit card limit will remain the same and your balance has been transferred accordingly.
Your new card is available for collection in branch at our Grande Anse location only. We have implemented a dedicated pick up area and developed an alphabetical staggered collection schedule (please see schedule below).
The objective of the phased distribution of your new credit cards is to ensure that the Bank continues to strictly comply with current COVID-19 protocols, preserving the safety and wellbeing of both our loyal customers and valued employees. We therefore ask for your cooperation and understanding under the circumstances.

For our overseas Customers, please call us on (473) 444 4919 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements for your new credit card to be sent to you as soon as possible.
During the transition period, this debit card will not be able to access cash from the ACB Caribbean ATMS. However, it can be used for online purchases and at Point of Sale merchants.
The ACB Smart Debit Cards can be used for cash withdrawals at ATM Machines that are Cirrus or Plus enabled both at home and globally. However, please be mindful that there will be fees attached to each transaction that are determined by the issuing Bank’s ATM Machine.
While this situation is not ideal, but please rest assured that we are working towards a resolution in the coming months and will keep you updated as the situation progresses.
