Terms & Conditions – ACB Drive to 70 Promotion

  1. Promoters

This Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized and administered by:

      • Antigua Commercial Bank Ltd. trading as ACB Caribbean, ACB Headquarters, Thames & St. Mary’s Streets, St. John’s, Antigua

(collectively referred to as “the Bank”).

 

  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from October 21, 2025 to June 30th 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

 

  1. Eligibility
    • Open to residents of Antigua & Barbuda aged 18 years or older.
    • Participants must qualify by either:
      1. Being approved for an eligible loan product from the Bank, OR
      2. Using or being approved and issued an ACB Visa Credit Card during the Promotion Period.
    • Directors, Officers and Employees of the Bank, their immediate family members, and agents/contractors associated with this Promotion are not eligible.
  1. How to Enter (Monthly and Grand Prize)

(a) Loan Qualification

    • Each loan disbursed during the Promotion Period earns entries according to the loan amount range:

(b) Visa Credit Card Qualification

    • Each new Visa card issued during the promotional period with a credit limit of 5400 XCD or above– 1 Entry to win the BYD
    • Each new Visa Credit Card issued, regardless of limit, entered into the monthly draws
    • Entries are also earned based on Visa Credit Card usage. To qualify:
      • A cumulative spend of $2700 XCD by June 30th 2026 must be met, and each customer meeting this threshold will be given ONE entry.
  1. Prizes

Grand prize

    • One (1) prize of a new motor vehicle: [BYD Song Plus, 2025].
    • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
    • All costs relating to licensing, insurance, and registration are the responsibility of the prize winner.

Monthly Prizes

    • During the promotion period monthly prizes to include vouchers for APUA utilities, gas, groceries, hardware and restaurants will be awarded.  Prize selection will be at the discretion of ACB Caribbean management.  All monthly prizes are valued at no less than $200 XCD a month.
  1. Winner Selection & Notification

          Grand Prize

    • The winner will be selected by random draw supervised by an independent party selected by the Bank, on or before July 9th, 2026.
    • Selection will be hosted at ACB Caribbean’s VillageWalk Branch
    • The winner will be contacted within 10 business days via telephone/email.
    • If unclaimed within 30 business days after the date of the draw, the Bank reserves the right to select another winner.

 

Monthly prize

    • Monthly prizes will be selected on the last business day of each month, until June 30th 2026, and will be contacted within 3 business days of selection. If the prize remains unclaimed after 5 business days, the Bank reserves the right to select another winner.
    • Monthly winners will be selected from the pool of eligible entrants by the audit department of ACB Caribbean using a digital random selection tool.
  1. Publicity & Data Protection
    • This promotion will be published via Print media, ACB Caribbean Social Media Pages, Flava FM, Vybz FM, Observer Radio, ABS TV
    • By entering, participants consent to their name, image, and likeness being used in promotional activities.
    • Personal information will be used solely for administering this Promotion in accordance with the Bank’s Privacy Policy.
  1. Liability
    • The Bank accepts no responsibility for incomplete, late, or lost entries.
    • The Bank is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by participation or acceptance of the prize, except where required by law.
  1. General
    • The Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion. Governed by the laws of Antigua & Barbuda.
    • By participating, entrants accept these Terms & Conditions.
