In accordance with the Banking Act 2005 Section 61 (1), we publish hereunder the
names of shareholders of Antigua Commercial Bank with unclaimed dividends for over 15 years as at September 30, 2009.
Kindly note that should these dividends remain unclaimed after 30 days of this notice, the subject amounts will be transferred to the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank.
Please be guided accordingly.
