Mr. Davidson Charles – Chairman
Mr. Charles was elected to the Board on June 19 2003, and was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Board in January 2007. He was appointed to the Board of Directors of ACB Mortgage & Trust Company Ltd. in 2005. ACB Mortgage & Trust Company Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Antigua Commercial Bank which was established in 1987. He is a chartered accountant, a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, and is the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Antigua & Barbuda. He is currently the Chief Executive of LIME, a Telecommunications Company which operates in Antigua & Barbuda.

Mr. Gordon Derrick – Vice Chairman
Mr. Gordon Derrick was appointed to the Board in September 2004 and to the Board of Directors of ACB Mortgage & Trust in May 2008. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology and a Masters of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies (UWI). He is the President of GDEC Ltd., an energy saving establishment and the Managing Director of DSC Promotions, an events planning and marketing company. Mr. Derrick is also an avid sports enthusiast and is presently the General Secretary of the Antigua & Barbuda Football Association. 

Mr. Peter Blanchard – Vice Chairman
Mr. Blanchard, an insurance specialist, served on the Board of the ACB Mortgage & Trust Company from its inception in 1987 until 2005. Mr. Blanchard was subsequently elevated to serve on the Board of the Antigua Commercial Bank on May 5th, 2005. In January 2007, Mr. Blanchard was appointed to Mortgage & Trust Board and was elected Chairman of the Board in October 2008. He is the principal shareholder and Managing Director of General Insurance Company Ltd. a locally registered insurance company authorized to conduct business in Antigua & Barbuda. He is also the Chairman of Design Properties Ltd, a property development and management company. Mr. Blanchard represents the Bank and the other indigenous banks operating the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) Group on the Board of Directors of the Eastern Caribbean Financial Holding Company Ltd., a company which is based in St. Kitts West Indies.

Mr. Reuben Deubry – Vice Chairman
Mr. Deubry joined the Board in 2005 and was appointed to the Mortgage & Trust Board in October 2008. He has been a licensed land surveyor for some 39 years. He is currently the principal of Reuben Deubry & Associates a firm of land surveyors, appraisers and developers. He is a retired employee of the Government of Antigua & Barbuda. During his tenure of employment with the government, he served on a number of statutory boards including Town and Country Planning, Land Surveyors and the Property Tax Appeals Boards. He is an Associate Member of the Nova Scotia Land Surveyors and the Nova Scotia Institute of Assessors.

Mr. Michael Roberts – Director
Mr. Roberts was elected to the Board in December 2006 and was appointed to the Mortgage & Trust Board in October 2008. He is the Operations Manager at Caribbean Business Services & Supplies, a local printing company. Mr. Roberts, in 1993, completed four (4) years of study at Rochester Institute of Technology where he majored in Management Information Systems (MIS) and minored in International Relations. He served for four (4) years as Systems Analyst/Programmer within the Ministry of Finance in Antigua & Barbuda. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries &Administrators (ICSA) and having completed the Directors Education and Accreditation Programme (DEAP) now holds the designation Acc. Dir. Mr. Roberts has represented the Bank at Corporate Governance Seminars and is currently a Director on the 4C’s Board.

Mr. Philip Harris – Director
Mr. Harris was elected to the Board in December 2006. He is currently an Insurance Advisor at Sagicor Life Inc. an Insurance Company. He is a member of the Antigua & Barbuda Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and holds a BA and a MSC. in Planning & Development.

  Mr. Craig Walter – Director
Mr. Walter was appointed to the Board in September 2008. He is currently the Accountant/Finance Director at the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority (ECCAA) in Antigua. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and is member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean. Mr. Walter holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

  Mrs. Alincia Williams-Grant – Director
Mrs. Grant, an Attorney-at-Law & Notary Public, was elected to the Board in September 2008. She holds a Bachelors of Law with Upper Second Class Honours from the University of Wolverhampton, London and a LEC from the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago. She is also a member of the Antigua & Barbuda Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA) in Canada. Mrs. Grant is the principal Director of Williams Grant Inc. – Attorneys-at-Law & Notaries Public.

  Lady Carlisle – Director
Lady Carlisle, wife of Sir James B. Carlisle (former Governor General –Antigua & Barbuda), was appointed to the Board in September 2008. A devout Seventh - Day Adventist Christian, Lady Carlisle is the President/Founder of the Christmas Goodwill Committee, the Coordinator of the Children’s Ministries Department and the Leader of the Junior/Early Teen Department. Lady Carlisle is also a patron of the Adele School and the Amazing Grace Foundation. She was also a patron of the Antigua Girl Guides Association and the Kiwanis Club. Lady Carlisle was formerly a Hotel Receptionist, Bookkeeper and Practice Manager of Dr. Carlisle’s Dental Practice for over 10 years.

Ms. Mavis George – Director
Ms. George was elected to the Board in September 2009. She is currently the General Manager of Antigua Fisheries Limited and has been employed with the institution for approximately 20 years. Ms. George holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of the West Indies; an Executive Diploma in Management, a Diploma in Accounting and a Certificate in Management from Japan International Corporation Agency (JCIA).
