	POSITION AVAILABLE: Marketing and Public Relations Representative in the Marketing Department. Main functions of the Job • Assist in researching, designing, costing and executing effective Marketing Plans, Public Relations Programmes and Communication Strategy. • Monitoring and coordinating public consultations, community projects, social commitments, workshop, fairs and special events. • Assist in monitoring and coordinating the advertising campaign component of the Marketing and Advertising campaign. • Assist in preparation and monitoring of promotional material. • Maintaining communication links with the media houses, business community and stakeholders. The successful candidate should possess a first degree in Mass Communication/Marketing/Public Relations from an accredited University with three (3) years relevant, practical experience. Excellent writing and oral communication skills, and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite applications are required. JOB OPENING – ANTIGUA COMMERCIAL BANK
("Training & Recruitment Officer Vacancy")

The ACB Group is seeking to employ a Training and Recruitment Officer at management level. The successful candidate will be responsible for the training and recruitment functions and will be expected to inter alia prepare Training Audits, Training Catalogues and Schedules for the ACB Group; design and deliver training programmes and evaluate transfer of learning; manage employee performance appraisal and improvement plans; and ensure an effective recruitment/selection programme.

The successful candidate will be an independent thinker and highly confidential; possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills - written and oral - as well as being highly computer literate. He/she should possess an excellent track record with demonstrated commitment to service excellence. Experience in banking would be a definite asset.

Essential Qualifications/experience: at least a first degree or post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management/Development or a relevant field with at least 3 years affiliation to the human resource function; knowledge of organizational development, manpower planning, and career-pathing; knowledge of training audits and experience in course development and delivery; working knowledge of Antigua & Barbuda Labour Code.

The Compensation package will include Pension and Medical Plan.
